From 25 November 2025 a rental property cannot be advertised or offered until it meets the minimum standards.

Minimum standards inspection, repairs, reinspection, then photos, listing and the condition report.
Why order matters
Listing first and finding a failed standard later means pulling the advertisement and losing weeks.
